key people: Chris ValentineChris serves at the Executive Director of the state of Ohio and also carries out the duties of an associate scout for the Colorado Rockies. A 2008 graduate of The Ohio State University, Chris founded the Prep Baseball Report Ohio in 2011 and have since gone on to own and operate franchises in Michigan, Ontario and the New England area. A large part of PBR's evolution into one of the country’s biggest and most respected independent scouting services, with a singular focus of providing comprehensive coverage in every state we are in is accredited on Chris behalf. Along with PBR, Chris is also a board member for Dublin City Schools. He has garnished a seat since June of 2004 and is still a member of the board today. To go along with a plate full of duties and different positions, Chris runs an elite summer travel baseball program called Ohio Elite that offers teams from ages group of 8 years old to 18 years old. Chris is very involved in the community and throughout the baseball world.

About PBR OhioPrep Baseball Ohio is number one resource for high school baseball information. They provide a comprehensive coverage of players, games, individual rankings, as well as team rankings. They use their resources and multimedia platforms to best promote the state's high school baseball. The goal is to become the authoritative voice on the ground level of each state. In Ohio, there will be over a dozen events held throughout May to August as a chance for players to maximize their exposure. As a player, PBR fills your every recruiting need and makes life a little easier for a college coach. Each player that attends will be set up with an online profile providing their a player's profile picture, verified statistics, video, and comments from professional scouting report. Prep Baseball Report was founded in the year, 2005, and headquartered in McCook, Illinois. Since then it has grown and evolved into one of our nation's largest independent scouting services, with each state have a singular focus. PBR coverage spans 27 states wide to this day, as well as covering Ontario, Canada. More than 450 professional scouts and college coaches subscribe to Prep Baseball Report services. The staff at PBR takes pride in providing the most in-depth coverage of high school baseball, and prepping these athletes to be able to play at the highest level of college baseball. The PBR videobase now includes clips from over 20,000 prospects.

Prep Baseball Report has different pricing for each event, more highly recruited events are more expensive than those that anyone has the ability to sign up and attend. Below is a breakdown of around the normal cost for the different types of players.
Pitcher-Only: $150 - $200 Position Player: $200 - $275 Dual Players (Pitcher/Position Player)- $300 - $375 I previously stated that these fees vary from event to event, with this fee each player will have a profile created on the PBR website that college coaches will have access to featuring comments from Prep Baseball Report scouts, along with all of their stats from that event. |
